GEORGE EZRA @ LE TRIANON AND A FRIDAY NIGHT OUT.

Yesterday  after my Skype session with Carro <3 I awaited Kat for dinner & pre-drinks! It was warm and sunny and I loved living in Paris & my apartment a bit extra.  I celebrated spring with white wine & raspberries in the meantime. Then she arrived <3 Love that we can chat every day and still lose track of time cause we're talking about some hot gossip.  Made a very simple pasta with sage, butter, garlic and a dash of cream. Really yummy! Gotta love sage fried in butter. It wasn't until the sun started setting that we realised we should probably get a move on!  Because we were off to le Trianon to see this guy! George Ezra :) Kat had invited me earlier on in the day, I had no idea of who he even was but recognized this song (and am obviously always up for a concert). Very different gig than the ones I usually go to (last time at Trianon I think was Rob Zombie, hehe) but I really enjoyed it! He's got a lovely voice. And we had beer :)  He told little stories from the road inbetween songs, felt personal and really added to the vibe. I was impressed by this multi talented guy who trumpeted & violined the night away. Fun fact about le Trianon: the whole floor bounces when people start to move. Slightly scary. Imagine what it's like when mosh pits start, haha!  After the gig we headed to Moose, where Andres was hanging out :) haven't seen him in ages so it was nice to catch up!  Duncan and Nick were behind the bar, in matching hawaiian shirts <3  The rest of the night was spent loving it up at Galway, another blast from the past! A great Friday night on the town, thank you Kat my love <3
