LILACS, MEAN FLOWER LADIES AND LOVE

On Sunday it was Grandma and Grandpa's wedding anniversary. Mom and I jumped on a hot bus and went to visit grandpa <3 smelled lilacs on the way. I love lilacs.  Mom spotted these about a mile away "THAT COLOUR" she pointed and shouted.  The plan was to buy some pretty flowers to plant but when I turned up at 13h58 the woman in the little shop first completely ignored my knocks and then angrily turned around and made a slitting your throat kind of gesture. Apparently they closed at 14h - so big faux-pas on my part, obviously (......). Very dramatic and I got quite angry. Anyway, when that weird drama was over we decided to rescue a wilting rose and pick some wild flowers instead. Met an older man who complimented our bouquet. Much more personal this way <3 Hi grandpa <3 miss you all the time.  We walked back to the bus under somber skies. I bought an enormous gyros and we had to wait for the second bus since I wasn't nearly done when the first one turned up. Then the kind bus driver let me ride for free, so it was worth the wait :))))When this comes up I'll be in hip and happening Gävle with a couple of my favourite people! YAY! PSRadio silence will ensue on le blog due to festival season. Stay tuned though....
