Tasty wok for lunch

Hello again!  Now we have just eaten some lunch, and it was so good!☘  As I wrote in the last post I couldn't decide if i wanted wok or lens stew, but we decided together that it was going to be some kind of wok🍜  So I just thought about what we could have in the wok, when I was done with that my friend went to the store to buy the things I didn't had at home. (Because I'm still sick🤒) So here is a recipe I made up today, and I will definetly do this again with some few changes☘ What you need for 2 person: 2 servings of rice1 yellow onion2 garlic cloves500 g wok vegetables (cauliflower if you want)1 can of coconut milk 2 teaspoon of vegetable stockSambal oelek (we took the one with garlic in)Red curry pasteSoyaSweet chili sauce  How to do:  1. First chop the yellow onion and grate the garlic.2. Mill the garlic and onion in a fry pan for some minutes.3. Add the wok vegetables and let it all fry a little. (We also added some cauliflower)4. Add the can of coconut milk and let it boil up.5. Add sambal oelek, red curry paste and soya after your own taste (we took 1 teaspoon of sambal oelek, 2 teaspoon of red curry paste and maybe 1 teaspoon of soya)6. Let it boil together under a lid, and at this time you can start to cook the rice. 7. Cook the wok for maybe 20 minutes,  and stir in the meantime. 8. Ready to be served, we served the wok with rice, soya and sweet chili sauce.
