Imperial Palace

The other day we walked to the Imperial Palace in Kyoto, it lays pretty close to where we live. The day we went to the palace the weather was so nice. I think it must have been at least 23 degrees and the sun was shining all day.  It was lovely to walk around inside the big park, especially since some of the cherry trees already started to bloom. Me and Patricio walked around in the park for a couple of hours, just enjoying the lovely weather. The actual palace was behind big walls and we needed a guided tour to get in, so we skipped it. Later on I layed on a bench in the sun, just relaxing, while Patricio walked around, taking pictures. It is so nice that the weather is warmer now, but some days are still kind of cold. I am very excited about Okinawa now, we're leaving very soon (the 10th of april). I read an article about Okinawa this morning and that just made me even more excited. It is warm and nice there – Okinawa has a subtropical climate. Hopefully I'll be able to take nice photos from the islands.
