Another day another attempt to create a healthy habit. Decided to try the "beginner yoga" session this morning, and it was SO GOOD. I've never been a huge fan of yoga before, always felt like it was too slow and honestly boring (ops). But today's yoga class was really good and I enjoyed it. The teacher was very good at explaining every movement and position, which I think is key. Next time I'm gonna try their Pilates and Vinyasa Flow class.
