Here's to the NIGHTS we don't rememberwith theFRIENDS we won't forget.  If I only could eat bread... I'm alway that person who to sit and envy everyone else when they eat bread piece after bred piece... Beef carpaccio and burrata is a winning combination I often order at restaurants. This burrata was perfectly creamy, came with tomatoes that tasted like they where from Italy and heavenly delicious balsamico.   Me and Niklas <3 Truffle past for life. Sandra was more than pleased with her choice.  A casual yet sophisticated, vibrant yet cosy and with a decor that takes you straight into a 1930’s movie. That’s how I would describe PJ’s Bar & Grill in Chelsea. And the founder loves polo, you can tell by the interior details. A Friday night a few weeks ago I was there with some of my favourite people. A night I will forever remember filled with laughter, important conversations and a reminder of ‘home is not a place, it’s people’.  On their menu, it’s something for everyone. Are you vegan, gluten-free, on an LCHF diet? You name it. You will still find food to enjoy and it's also very delicious. I indulged in Burratina with datterini tomatoes, pine nuts, basil creme fraiche & balsamic and beef carpaccio. My company was very pleased with their steak, seafood linguine with baby squid, scallop ceviche with mango, shallots, red chilli and lime and all the other dishes. Main drink for the evening was prosecco, all night long.  How to have an unforgettable night here? Arrange a date night with some of your best friends, drink lots of prosecco, share food and laugh. And if you like truffle order their truffle chips with parmesan!
