Tuesday Thoughts

It's all about finding the calm in the chaos  Say hello to Bruno. Isn’t he so cute? It’s not my dog, his owner is my friend Daniella. I wouldn’t at all mind taking care of him for a day or two.  Something that struck me the other day is how calming it must be to have a dog (okay this is words from a non-dog owner). But the routines a dog brings into your life and I have a feeling a dog also bring so much joy into your life and also some kind of calmness. Then I thought: where is my calmness coming from? Misunderstand me right, I don’t feel I’m not calm but maybe it could be nice to have that specific thing that is your go to source when you want to feel calm. For a dog owner, it might be all those hours walking in the park or woods.  For me going to the country side or being by the beach is calming but not something I do in everyday life. I love going to the gym and that gives me some peace of mind and I also see it as a great way to clear my head, get energy and stay mentally strong. Especially running can make me really calm. But I’m thinking that I should find a routine like maybe yoga that brings calmness into the hectic everyday life. Do you have any advice? What brings You harmony or calmness into life?
