PURE FUCKING METAL

Another 40+ degree day at Hellfest! We slowly made our way in to the festival area, trying our very best not to melt away.  It's so cool how they set it up, like a proper village, artwork and cool stuff to see everywhere.  One of the things I love about Sweden Rock is their great variety of yummy food, they set the bar really high for other festivals. I feel like Hellfest are trying to step up their game though, they seem to add new food trucks every year. This year they had crepes for example, they weren't the best I've ever had but not bad either.  "Life is like broccoli, a flower dressed up like cabbage". Wise words from a cardboard toilet. Excitedly waiting for pals to finish peeing. Fun times.  This was another nice edition to the food scene, tasty hot dogs and really nice french fries. Hot, crispy & salty. We had them paired with garlic bread numerous times. Mmm.  This one is for mom :D  Classic. Mom gave me the movie on VHS along with the soundrack when I was eleven, HAHA. Mom <3 Best time of the day was when we went to the taps (or watering hole if you will, we've developed a whole documentary-idea based on this haha) and got completely soaked, the first icy chill when the water is tipped onto your head then just pure joy at not cooking for a minute or two. Once we got back to camp (around a five minute walk) we were completely dry again..  :D "Remove your meal", haha.. you realize sometimes that even though it's a huge festival with people from all over the world we're still very much in France! :)  That's all for now, time for a cool shower and maybe movie night! Happy Monday peeps!
