SMKC @ ZENITH.

Yesterday I left my girls with Duncan to head off to Zenith, it was time to cash in one of my birthday presents!  I was there well in advance to get a good spot, unfortunately other people had the same plan as I... but I was still feeling pretty good about my spot in the queue, until I got to the security check and they told me that I wasn't allowed to bring my camera inside! There was nothing written about that on the ticket, a bit unfair I thought! So I lost time being forced to check my camera in, then I sprinted in to the hall. Luckily I know the layout of the place and have lots of experience in the concert world so I managed to get myself to the front anyway... phew! Anyway - first out was Altitudes & Attitude, suddenly I was a couple of meters away from Dave Ellefson 😄 Hi Dave!  Then what I was there for - the man, the myth, the legend: SLASH. With Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators of course!!  Frank Sidoris, who once liked one of my instagram posts. Big day for a little piggie.  I've honestly lost count of how many times I've seen them now, but I'm equally excited and blown away every single time. Can't rave enough about them, so I simply won't even start.  I was a bit sad that I wasn't allowed my dear camera, but I feel like I got some passable phone-shots in the end at least.  I left with a pick (yay!) and very sore feet. The step counter informed me that I had just jumped, danced and headbanged out 18,000 steps 😂An amazing night, what a great birthday present ❀❀❀
