My weight journey

Hello again!  It's getting late now but I feel for writing a little bit.  I want to share my weightloss with you  guys, and I really hope I inspire some of you to be more healthy. I have been so unhealthy in my life, and I really regret it now. Before I thought "if i get skinny I'd be happier and more safe in myself". But now I can't understand how I could think that way.. Now I can honestly say I couldn't care less how my body look, now I only want my health to be good. Health it's the important thing in life, not how you look or how big/small you are!  Before I just train to get slim, it was the only thing I could think about. Now I only train to stay healthy and to have the muscles to manage everyday life.  I will write more about this, both the good and the bad things I been through since I started my journey.  Here comes some before and after photos☘ I hope you all sleep well, and I will see you tomorrow again! Kiss and Love☘💚
