Happy New Me & A Happy New You too!

When you’re about to make a change in something, and want the change to be long lasting, it’s always easier if you can imagine somewhat of the end results. I need to know what to be expecting, to keep my focus, and I set small goals along the way. Today I wanted to share with you some of the benefits that I’ve already achieved, since I became RAW. Some of them was a total but utterly satisfying surprise! (Under the category Detoxification, I will explain more about some negative changes that can, and surely will happened BEFORE you experience progress. “Sometimes you have to let yourself break down, before you can build yourself back up!” This is so accurate when it comes to healing. It is crucial to understand what and why things are happening to be able to proceed and not be afraid of the healingprocess.) My Hair! I got my first grey hairs at only 13 years old. After talking to my mom about it, I thought it was genetical, since she also got her greys early, even if I was a decade before her. Along the years it increased to a point that I recently used to refer myself to a “silver fox”. It didn’t bother me anymore, I just gotten used to the facts and learned to live with it. Much thanks to haircolouring products, that disguised but in the same time worsened the situation. My hair also started to get thinner especially around my forehead. But now at the age of 36 my grey hair is REVERSING. It also gets thicker for every month that’s passing. (Grey hair and hair loss is linked to dehydration and acidosis). My Eyebrows! They got thinner and lost the length on the sides, like an old woman. This bothered me the most. Now they are thicker and I’m growing new hairs on the sides. I need to try and find some before and after pictures to show you! My eyelashes! Thin and short eyelashes, be gone – hello thicker and fuller lashes! And this without any enhancement or serum. I even get compliments for them now, knowing its all natural, I couldn’t be more satisfied. My EYESIGHT! 12 years ago, I got my fist day lens kit. I had minus 0.75 on my left and minus 1.0 on my right, not a big problem but it gave me headaches and I got red, tired eyes quickly. My eyesight degenerated after a few years and I was minus 1.0 on my left and minus 1.25 on my right. I knew it gotten worse after that, but I had a big stock of lenses at home and wanted to finish them before getting new ones. Then a few months ago, I drastically started to get headaches again and suffered from the same problems I had before I started to use lenses. So, I hurried to the optician a couple of weeks ago to renew the prescription. “No wonder you have a headache when these lenses are too strong for you, the lady said after the examination. Your eyesight has IMPROVED! I don’t know what you’re been doing, but keep it up and you’ll won’t need lenses in the future”. I hurt my jaw, when it dropped and hit my kneecaps. I was so emotional, I almost started crying. It might seem silly, it’s not like I’ve been blind and miraculously could see again, but it affected me profoundly.   To me this is my own small miracle, a big milestone in the progress and I mentally put myself in that state of mind and remembers that day, whenever I need to push myself to go forward. My Skin! From having sensitive and dryyyy skin, I mean I couldn’t even wash with water or take a shower, without putting on thick and soothing creams afterwards -I can now choose what to do. I mean, I still use my creams and natural oils, but if I’m in a hurry, I don’t need to and it’s a sort of freedom to have that choice. I feel like I can go on forever, telling you about these small achievements. I don’t use deodorant anymore, I still sweat, but I don’t smell! The same with my feet, they get wet when I work out and after a good run, but they never smell. And uhm, how to explain this without getting to graphic…my number two, won’t bother you. I hope you’ll get it! I won’t get into that any deeper. But that ladies, is every princess dream haha. If you suffer from painful menstrual problems like I did, this will be a god blessing. No PMS, little bleeding and minimal or no pain. And no cravings during either. I hope this will inspire you to look into this lifestyle further. I’m not unique when it comes to these positive changes. I now know that it’s very common and you can achieve it as well. And I really hope you give it a try.
