Photo taken by me / model Rebecca Manelius / Webshop ShestoreSo in part 1 you got the most important first steps. What I'm going to share with you now are some inside tips.  Here it comes..Building a portfolio Start a website where you can put up all your work and photos. It will look more professional if you have a nice site to show off your fab work in. I started mine at www.wix.com cause its free and easy to use. There are plenty of other good websites that can offer you a good start for free too of course. Look at my portfolio here    PR agencies When you have a portfolio and somewhat a good network i'ts time to step up the game. If you have good contacts with the pr agencies in your area, you are going to be more valuable as a photographer. Cause then you have access to showrooms which means that you are free to get clothing from collections that are not even in stores yet. Also it makes it easier for you to create the photoshoots you want since you now have a full stash of outfits that you can borrow. They are also the ones to really connect with since they have the contact with maybe one of your future clients that could be, let's say Nelly.com. Also worth mentioning is the pressdays! Perfect time to network even more. Here will all the people from the business be to look at next coming collections. Everyone from fashion editors, art directors, models, social media influencers, photographers etc.. Will publish a list of the top showrooms in Stockholm together with their contact information etc.. and will make a special post about this section. so stay tuned. In part 3 you will get som intell on how to handle Fashion Week, how to get in to the shows, handle the crazyness and snap cool streetstyle photos.
