FLESH.

On Tuesday I met up with D. after work to try out a restaurant that I've wanted to visit for ages. Flesh! We had a drink and ordered lots of food :)))) "you guys are hungry!" was the waiters word. Eh, yes?  Mini beef tacos to start.  And THE BEST PRAWNS EVER. Seriously, I never wanted the little skewer to end. Absolutely delicious.  Duncan had these huge short ribs, cooked for 7 hours! Rich, creamy and super yummy.  And I had a super thick cut of Angus beef. I love places that get the temperature right, when I say I want my meat very rare I mean that I want it VERY RARE, not medium. These guys nailed it. With a side of garlic fries & three dipping sauces, mmmmmm. Took most of my fries & my garlic bread home in a doggy bag, we rolled home...  Is it just me or is this how pretty much every steak restaurant decorates? Not a complaint, it's pretty cool! Tuesday night and the place filled up, I'm not surprised that they do well with the quality of food. Delicious, would go back tonight. Hot tip. hot tip.  Luckily Flesh is located just around the corner from our place so we sauntered home to a warm bed and a movie on the projector before zzzz. Good Tuesday :)
