Good morning saturday!

Today I woke up early and I feel like I have slept very well!👍🏻Like I wrote yesterday I went to the gym, and I thought about taking pictures and posting on the blog, but it was so many people there.. I didn't think that would be anyone there, because it was late on a friday night.. So there were no pictures👎🏻But here is what I trained at the gym: Worm up;• I was on the crosstrainer for 15 minutes.• I cycled with a lot of resistance for 10 minutesAfter that I decided to train my shoulders🏋🏼 • I started with sitting shoulders press with dumbbells 3x10• After that I continued with lateral raises 3x10• I also did shoulder press in a machine 3x10• As a finish on my shoulder pass I did a SUPER-SET in the cable cross machine, I did standing rows, and standing raises with a rod. I hope you enjoyed this training post and want to read more about my training, because I think it's so finns to write about! Now I will eat my breakfast I've done because I'm starving🍞🧀 Oat with coconut flakes, banana, peanut butter , cinnamon and cardamom. Crispbread with cheese and cucumber, and yes everything is vegan of course☘ Kiss and Love ☘💚
