My first chiapudding ever.

Good morning guys!💎 I'm really lazy today.. I woke up 9, and now it's 2 o'clock and I'm still in bed.. 😴 I came home around midnight after I had been on a "roadtrip" with my lovely friend Emma, so I think that's why I'm so lazy today, I'm not used to being up that late. We went to my home city, Munkedal, and ate Mc donalds, met some friends and just had a really great time.🍟 Before I met Emma up yesterday I was at the gym and trained chest and triceps, I also cycled a little bit and walked in the stairmachine💪🏻. I have realised that it can be hard to get some pictures at the gym before I'm staring to gym with Emma, because it's so many people there. Today I will try to go there a little later and se if I can get some pictures. Today I haven't decided if I want to train back and biceps, or legs and abs, it's a hard decision.  Here it's the workout program I did yesterday, I took it from a girl namned Hanna from Sweden.  Warm-up:I cycled and walked in the stair machine until I felt really warmed up.  1. Dumbell chest pressSUPERSETReversed close grip presses3 x 10 reps 2. Inclined chest pressSUPERSET One-arm fly dumbells3 x 10 reps (per arm) 3. Cable pressSUPERSETOne-arm rope crossover3 x 10 reps (per arm) 4. Triceps pulldownSUPERSET Reversed triceps pulldown3 x 10 reps 5. Tate triceps 3 x 12 reps 6. Reversed triceps extension3 x 10 reps 7. Dips on a bench3 x 10 reps I can recomend you this program, it will burn, and today I have soreness from hell😫😍 hate and love in same time. Now I think I need to get up and start making some lunch because I'm feeling little hungry, I think I want to eat wok today, but we'll see.🌶  For breakfast today I ate chiapudding I made last night when I came home, and it was my first chiapudding ever.I thought it was very good and I was really satisfied,  also + because it was so easy and quick to do. 🍇 Recipe :  3 tablespoon of chia seeds  2 dl almond milk Vanilla powder (or what you want) Then I just whisked it in a bowl, and poured it over in a glass and let it stand in the fridge over the night. I topped my pudding with granola, coconut flakes, frozen mango and raspberries and cinnamon.Kiss and Love☘💚
