Vitamin deficiency?
Good morning everyone!๐ Do you eat breakfast now? or maybe you are at the gym? or maybe you are just like me and laying in the bed? haha, it doesn't matter, you are great eitherway!!๐๐ป Yesterday I had no energy for doing anything at all, I feel so tired all the time right now, maybe my body miss some vitamin or something like that? I know that when you're a vegan you need to eat B12, and when you are living in Sweden almost everyone need to take D-vitamins, and I'm very bad at remembering to take them.. But now I will put an alarm at my phone that reminds me to take it every day when I wake up. And if I don't feel more energy in my body in maybe some months I'm going to go to the health care center and take some blood sample to make sure everything is fine!I will update about this when I know more!๐ข When the time was around 4 yesterday I decided to go up from bed and go to Munkedal to the gym and train bodypump, I can really say that I forced myself.. And it was so hard to train, I have never felt that feeling before I think. It felt like I couldn't even make a squat when I came there. But I really did my best, and I have some soreness today. ๐ช๐ป After the gym I went home to my parents place and took a shower and ate some food. My mom had vegan schnitzel, "barbeque pommes" and a vegan sause at home so that was what I ate yesterday. I had also decided to meet an old friend of mine yesterday so I went to his place after I had eaten. We were watching a movie and after that I went home because I was so tired, my body just screamed that it needed to rest.๐ค๐ค Today I woked up around nine and felt a little better, but still very tired, So I ate my breakfast in the bed today to. Today I ate oat with almond milk, banana, raspberries, strawberries, peanut butter and some cinnamon on top. Did not took pictures of my breakfast today, but I will post pictures from my breakfast I ate yesterday also that one in my bed๐ Now I have to go up and brush my teeth and get dressed, because soon I will go to my mom's place today again and eat food with my mum, my sister and her boyfriend. We decided yesterday that we going to eat tacos, can't be better, I love tacos.๐ฏ๐ฎ I hope I will get to the gym today again and just do some cardio, because my muscles needs to rest๐
