Rainy days, running & endorphins

I'm feeling good today. It's been rainy in Melbourne the last couple of days and after my exam on Monday I decided to take the rest of the day and Tuesday completely off - which was amazing. I really needed that time to recharge and get ready for my exams that I have in the next few weeks.  Yesterday afternoon I ran in the rain and I had completely forgotten how much I love it. I know a lot of people probably think I'm crazy but for me there's something really therapeutic about running along the beach with the rain falling. It's like my body releases double the amount of endorphins whenever I get to run in the rain! And whilst we're talking about it...remember to move your body today. It doesn't matter how you do it, the important thing is that you get outside, breath some fresh air and take some time for yourself ♥
